More favorite recipes from the grill that are simple, healthy and most

and interactive nutrition learning through food samples, "Question
and Answer" displays, door prizes, smart snacking tips and expert
advice. We also survey participants to learn about their
nutrition interests for future seminars.

at what to choose from a vending machine snack when stressed and without any
other options. Gigi recommended protein-rich snacks, like trail mixes
and many energy bars, that give longer lasting energy.

and Greg interviewed Gigi on the new Government guidelines for 3 servings of
whole grains. Gigi suggested to choose whole grain as much as possible
and to make processed grains the exception.
